Just Jumpin Fundraiser FINAL Update - November 27

Wow! Now that was an experience! Amazingly we were able to wrap up most of the fundraiser shoots by Saturday. Due to a faulty memory card and some light issues I'll be wrapping up two last shoots this next weekend--thank you, thank you to those understanding families! Thanks to all the families that participated and supported the Just Jumpin' Team. If you'd like to see more of the pics from the shoots, check out my facebook SWpics page for photo albums of the various locations! It was fun to meet you all and to see a few familiar fun faces again! Have a wonderful holiday season!

Just Jumpin - Country Barn

I have decided to use my favorite barn for these shoots on November 15th and 22nd. This barn is located in Providence and the owner, Boyd, is so gracious to let me shoot there. What I love about it is that it is turquoise blue! It is awesome! If you want some fun, bright pictures on your wall choose fun colors like this family did or go with blacks and jeans for a great contrast. You can find this barn at about 150 N. and 200 E. in Providence. Just go ask the owner if you ever want to use it on your own. He's super sweet and doesn't mind as long as people ask.

Just Jumpin - Urban Door Shoots

These shoots will take place on November 1st and November 8th. I love this door. If you look through all of my pictures on this blog you will see that I have used it a lot this summer; mostly because people would see it on my facebook page and say, "I want pictures at that door!" So, there we go, we're at the door again. It really has such great texture. These are some of my faves at the door. I also like it as it is timeless as far as the seasons go.

Just Jumpin - Fall Leaves Shoots

These shoots will happen on October 18th and 25th. They will tentatively be taking place at the head of the Logan River Trail just past the train tracks as you are heading out of Logan. There is a little parking lot there and we'll be snapping right in that area. It is great as it has a good bridge, a few benches, some nice rustic fencing on some of the decks and the railroad tracks. However, if the storms that are rolling in wreak havoc on the leaves I may change the location to an area a few minutes up the canyon (Spring Hollow Campground) that may still be loaded with color. I'll keep you posted! For now I only have one cute pic of my husband and son to show this area. All my other pics of it are from the spring and don't really show the nice color so today I'll go take some shots so you can see it more. Rest assured I'll take you to a good spot with fall colors.

Just Jumpin' Fundraiser....Info Coming Tonight!

So sorry if you have a really on the ball jumper and they snag you tonight when they get their flyers at practice. I had that thought this afternoon that one of them might actually leave practice, go gungho and get their sponsors, and someone might actually check this tonight! I'll be getting on later tonight when my baby goes to bed to put on the example pictures for the Fall Leaves, Door and Barn settings along with addresses and general information. Right now if you scroll down through my archives you can see many examples of the Door as I have used it a lot and it is a pretty popular spot. Thanks for your patience and check back after 11:00 for the pics.

Angie and Steve

Angie asked me to take the fastest wedding pictures in recorded history last Saturday. She really wanted to move quickly from the wedding into the luncheon so we had about 25 minutes to shoot all the guests, family shots, couple shots and a few bridals...phew! They were all super cooperative and the venue (Hamilton's) was very pretty. It was so much fun to be there and experience their love and excitement about their new life together. Congrats!

Sherri's Sweet Berries

This is a funny title if you know Sherri and I'll leave it at that. Sherri is like family to me and she lives a state away. She came to visit and we took some much overdue pics of her and her cute family. Her daughters were a riot and I had a particularly good time with them when she came over to select her favorite twenty for editing. Love this stuff!

Biggest Group Yet!

At 20 peeps this was my biggest group yet and they were a lot of fun. Lots of funny kids who really were champs for the hour long shoot. I need to get more toys and remember my bag of bribe candy next time to help those littlest ones stay with me! However, both of those things can backfire as you can end up with a squishy toy in the hand and a sucker sticking out of a mouth! Luckily we got some good shots before they were totally done! Thanks Richelle!

Karen's Cute Kids

I had such a fun time with these kids...this really is a good second job for me because I do enjoy hanging with kids so much. They all had such great personalities. Fortunately for me one of them is in my class this next year! I think they were so cooperative because they love their mom so much and wanted her to have great pics...so sweet.

Cute "Extra" Cousins

I posted these cuties on facebook, but still needed to get them on here. These guys are our "extra" cousins, not really blood relatives, but we definitely claim them as such...wouldn't you?!

Tami's Cute Crew

Ok, Tami's kids were a riot, well one, in particular! It was fun to interact with her sweet daughter, as I had her in nursery with me many moons ago, and her sweet babe's smiles just made me even more ready for another one. But is was her middle three year old that just kept me laughing. There are some pics I want to post of him just goofing off, but giving the funniest, BEST smiles that really showed off his personality. I can only imagine what life is like at their house with this guy running around!

Sue's Sweet Family

These guys were incredible. Talk about sweet, fun, funny kids! We had a blast taking these pictures. What cracked me up was every time I would roughly put them in place, walk back to my spot and turn around ready to tell them what to do as far as positions, they would already be posed up and smiling! Loved it! I could post dozens of pictures. Such great parents too--we could all take lessons from you guys!
